The 2009 Long-Term Care Insurance Sourcebook, a compendium of the most current relevant research and data regarding long-term care and insurance products, has been published by the American Association of Long-Term Care Insurance.
The annual publication, a 48-page guide, includes proprietary research conducted by the organization, as well as summarized highlights of significant studies conducted during the past year, the trade group said.
Highlights in this year’s edition include annual cost of care studies for home care, assisted living and nursing home care in major markets. Additional studies report the age of buyers of long-term care insurance as well as details regarding claimants.
