Guest speakers Daniel Corrigan, Van Mueller and Michael Keenan will headline this year’s 74th annual convention of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Virginia.

The event will be held May 17-19 at the Cavalier Resort Hotel and Beach Club Convention Center in Virginia Beach, Va.

The event kicks off May 17 with the president’s reception with exhibitors, followed by the Hall of Fame banquet beginning at 7 p.m.

The following day will feature the “Million Dollar Round Table Experience ’09,” featuring the three speakers.

Corrigan was named Northwestern Mutual’s youngest Million Dollar producer at age 23 and has been honored several times since then for his financial planning. Mueller will explain how to showcase “value” and get prospects and clients involved in their financial futures. Keenan, former president of the National Association of Life Underwriters and a member of the MDRT since 1971, will also share his experience in the industry and advice for attendees.

On May 18, insurance agents and financial service professionals have an opportunity to receive continuing education credits for Long-Term Care Partnership certification.

The conference concludes May 19h with a legislative breakfast and delegate council meeting.
