New agency multi-line training, mentoring program available online
A new online training and mentoring program is available to help multi-line insurance agencies increase sales and retention.

Troy Korsgaden
Troy Korsgaden, a 25-year insurance industry veteran, speaker, consultant and author, is launching TKSystems Online, an Internet-based system built around his teachings on the TKSystems through his live speaking engagements and books. The training is available online by subscription.
Korsgaden, who lives in Visalia, Calif., said that although every agent wants to be profitable and successful, most simply do not know how to make it happen.
“Obviously the strongest agencies are those which bring in the biggest profits,” Korsgaden said in a statement. “To bring in profits, though, you really need to understand how … how to put more producers on your staffs, run your agency more efficiently, increase your client base, and sell more policies per household. Understanding how to do this is the key; that is what TKSystems Online teaches agencies.”
Korsgaden, named one of North America’s top Farmers agents for 17 straight years, established the TKSystems in 1996. It is a series of turnkey, sustainable insurance business-building programs that are easily adapted to every size and tenure of insurance agency, he said.
Agencies that implement the methods they learn with TKSystems Online will see almost immediate results, according to Korsgaden. “If you give it a year, you will see a significant spike in your agency’s profitability,” he said
The TKSystems Online subscription gives agencies access to a library of training videos that teach agencies step-by-step how to make small changes that result in greater profitability. It also includes monthly podcasts and newsletters covering subjects that affect agency business day-to-day; Korsgaden’s bestselling book, Profit from Change, and training workbook, Unleash the Power of Your Agency, in downloadable form; and a wide array of agency forms, including staff scripts, marketing letters, and agency playbooks. Subscribers can also communicate directly with Korsgaden via email and read his blog.
