The event will focus on the professional connections agents make each day and how they serve as sources of success, both in professional and personal lives, according to a statement from I-Day chairwoman Elaine Barnes.
After a continental breakfast, participants can choose among three continuing education courses, each providing 2 Pennsylvania CE credits. Those courses include DeMystifying the Pennsylvania Experience Rating Plan, Risk Management Basics and Safe Drive Away Time for Safe Auto Glass Installation for Insurance Agents. Throughout the day, a trade show will be open for attendees. The closing event is a cocktail party.
Rick Sebak, producer, writer and narrator for WQED Multimedia Pittsburgh, will be the luncheon speaker. He has created 19 special programs that make up what is called the “Pittsburgh History Series,” and he has worked on national documentaries.
Tickets cost $70 each.
