New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Co. is adding to its offices in West Trenton and Parsippany, N.J., with a new location in Hammonton.
The company is scheduled to break ground May 27 on a new, 146,000-square-foot office building that will include a branch of NJM Bank, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The projected cost of the Hammonton project is $48 million and is scheduled for completion in late 2010.
Currently, the insurer has 175 employees in rented office space in Hammonton and will move those employees to the new location, where the work staff could grow to 330, the Inquirer reported. The location also has capacity for a 104,000-square-foot addition.
