Does Senator Kennedy realize that Malpractice Insurance accounts for 15% on average, for all doctors costs. Why hasn't this Administration even considered Tort Reform as a possible and partial solution to the rising costs of Health Care? I'll tell you why, it's because most of the Congressman and Senators, before running for office, were attorneys. And attorney all have an allegiance to the Bar Association. Every other Socialized Health Care system in the world have caps on law suits. Lawyers are completely left out of the equation. But of course, the Liberal based news media neglects to mention this. What a surprise... Question:
