Cherry Hill, N.J.-based American Collectors Insurance has added its 49th state, Alaska, to the list of states where it writes specialty insurance for collector vehicles and collectibles.

The company began in 1976 to offer coverage for collector cars, collector trucks, collector motorcycles, exotics, street rods, kit/replica cars, military vehicles, amphicars, antique tractors and so-called resto-mods.

American Collectors Insurance is licensed in 50 states and offers products through independent insurance agents, in partnership with several major insurance organizations, and direct to consumers.
