Virginia Lt. Gov. Bill Bolling is scheduled to address the Virginia Peninsula chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Sept. 10.

Bolling, who has served as a vice president at an independent insurance agency in Glen Allen, Va., will discuss insurance issues before the General Assembly and Congress during a noon to 1:30 p.m. lunch.

In addition, a two-hour class, qualifying for Virginia continuing education credits, will be held prior to Bolling’s comments, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

The event is being held at the Chesapeake Community Center in Newport News, Va.
