High Point Auto Insurance can’t guarantee a Super Bowl, but it can offer New York Jets’ fans a discount on their personal auto insurance rates.

The discounted auto rates program for Jets’ fans is the latest from Red Bank, N.J.-based High Point, which provides specially discounted auto insurance through more than 90 different groups and associations throughout New Jersey.

“High Point couldn’t be more pleased to be associated with such a blue chip brand like the Jets,” said Jim Tignanelli, president of High Point, said in a statement. He noted that the company about 18 months ago committed itself to developing its group and affinity sales efforts.

The program, originally brought to High Point through Prudential Agent John Benton, will offer discounted personal auto insurance to Jets New Jersey-based season ticket holders, Bank of America – Jets Extra Points Cardholders and employees within the organization, which is based in Florham Park, N.J.. The program will be marketed through a combination of direct mail, email and website marketing, as well as on site marketing efforts at Jets’ training camp, preseason, and worksite marketing at the corporate headquarters.

Benton said the program is “a win-win relationship” between the insurer and Jets’ fans. “As a season ticket holder and a life-long Jets fan, it is a real thrill to have been able to make the introduction between the Jets and High Point after meeting a Jets’ corporate sales employee at a team event last season,” Benton said.
