Selective Insurance Company of America, a subsidiary of Branchville, N.J.-based Selective Insurance Group, recently made several officer appointments, including four in New Jersey.

Andrew S. Becker

Andrew S. Becker was appointed director of commercial lines pricing and research; Cyndi Bennett to vice president of compensation; Gail L. Peterson to vice president and director of communications; and Stephen C. Petzold to assistant vice president of safety operations manager for Selective’s New Jersey region.

* Cappy Stults of Highstown, N.J.-based Allen & Stults will serve on the national Big I Consumer Agents Portal Task Force and the Professional Liability Committee; Jacki Frank of Brick, N.J.-based Tri County Agency on the Big I Council for Best Practices; and Sheri Acconzo, IIABNJ president and CEO, as chair of the IIABNJ co-branded Website Oversight Task Force.

*Donn Sharer of Millstone, N.J., the principal of Sharer & Associates and an exclusive agent with Allstate New Jersey Insurance Co., was named to Allstate’s New Jersey Business Advisory Board.

*Thomas D. Foy Jr., founder of Foy Financial Services in Mt. Laurel, N.J., was installed as the president of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey.

*Lee Lloyd was appointed president of the programs unit for Roseland, N.J.-based Crump Group’s property-casualty division.

*Erinn Corrigan and Scott Bonanni were named protégés at GAB Robins North America, Inc., located in Parsippany, N.J. Val Mansfield was promoted from protégé to national general adjuster at the loss adjusting and claims management company.
