According to the Associated Press, HHS is investigating Humana for sending out a mailing that the government agency says scares seniors into believing that their Medicare benefits could be reduced if the legislation in Congress to overhaul health insurance is passed.
IFAwebnews.com reports that Sen. Max Baucus, who has introduced health care reform that is favored by President Obama, is throwing a hissy fit about Humana’s marketing tactics.
Apparently for HHS and the good senator, the truth is a bitter pill to swallow.
