Hudson Insurance Group announced the establishment of a new office in Philadelphia, Pa., to provide agents, brokers and their clients with local access to management liability insurance coverage.

Hudson Insurance Group, headquartered in Stamford, Conn., is the U.S. insurance division of Odyssey Re Holdings Group, a worldwide underwriter of property-casualty reinsurance and specialty insurance. Hudson Insurance Group provides admitted and non-admitted insurance through two subsidiaries: Hudson Insurance Co. and Hudson Specialty Insurance Co.

The new Philadelphia office will be managed by Lou Grandrino, who will report to the executive vice president and chief underwriting officer for Hudson Financial Products, James J. Hooguis.
