In era of electronic sales, agents’ home visit proves lifesaving

For two life insurance agents, hitting the pavement for a home visit meant that the benefit was realized by the life policyholder even before his number was up.
According to a story posted on IFAwebnews.com, in an era where most business is conducted by email and other electronic means, at least one carrier appears to maintain a conservative, old-fashioned approach to servicing clients.
I know, I know, there are lots of carriers that still meet with clients in their homes, and have excellent customer service programs. But in these times of nothing but bad news about our industry, let’s let these agents and their company bask in the limelight of this refreshing, feel-good story.
