A West Seneca, N.Y., bill collector faces charges of forgery and grand larceny for cashing her deceased mother’s workers’ compensation checks.
Robin E. Kassirer, 31, was arrested Oct. 13 after an investigation by the New York State Insurance Department’s Frauds Bureau and North Tonawanda, N.Y., police.
