John T. Scott has been installed as president of the Virginia Association of Health Underwriters, the leader of a board of directors that will serve through June 2010.

The board members’ terms began July 1.

He will be joined by Tim Hicks, president-elect or vice president; F. Todd Taylor, past president; Jill Age, executive director/secretary; and Katherine Tucker, treasurer and Piedmont chapter president.

Others installed on the board were Brenda Cutting, awards chairwoman; Amy Mutter, communications chairwoman; Loretta Peele, education chairwoman; Nancy Grasso, HUPAC chairwoman; and John Hinck, legislative chairman.

Also, Alison Eckis, media relations chairwoman; Jay Booth, membership chairman; Joseph Lee Hannah, retention chairman; Debbie Stocks, Central president; Joe Kelliher, Southwest president; Matt Manock, Eastern president; and John Norse, Northern president.
