The National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors-Carroll/Howard is forming a class needed for Financial Services Specialist designation (FSS) or for Life Underwriters Training Council Fellows (LUTCF).

The eight-week class, Foundations of Retirement Planning (FA-261), will begin Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2010, at the offices of Interstate Financial Services at 401 E. Main St. in Westminster, Md. Classes run from 10 a.m. to noon.
