Assurant Employee Benefits launched real time services to its online administration system, Online Advantage, to allow for instant verification of dental benefits.

As employers submit information in real time, covered employees can confirm their dental benefits immediately, the company said.  The real time administration also gives employers instant confirmation of enrollment once the process is completed.

“These enhancements to Online Advantage eliminate headaches for both employers and employees, who can see their dentists and receive needed services as soon as they are covered,” said Joi Tillman, vice president of customer advocacy at Assurant Employee Benefits, in a statement.
