One Hundred Years Insurance Solutions acquired the assets of Insured Capital Management, based in Moorestown, N.J.

Insured Capital Management specializes in insurance underwriting and servicing for high net-worth individuals and their advisors.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“ICM’s talented team and customer reach will help One Hundred Years accelerate its growth as a full-service firm,” said Chairman and CEO Virgil Bretz in a statement.

He said the deal will allow the organization to innovate and develop better products and services combining the medical, scientific and financial disciplines.

One Hundred Years was founded last year as an insurance and financial services organization focused on international medical excellence and human longevity. As a U.S.-based managing general agent/managing general underwriter, the organization is presently developing a suite of exclusive, proprietary health insurance, private health advisory and longevity related products.
