Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Co. of Salem County, a multi-line regional property-casualty insurer, is offering a new coverage, Lawn Care Plus, for lawn care professionals under its special contractors program.

The program is available in New Jersey and Maryland and includes optional coverage for snow plowing and herbicide/pesticide application.

Jim Reagan, product manager for Farmers of Salem, based in Salem, N.J., said he was “excited” to introduce the specialty program to its line of products.
