The Pennsylvania House of Representatives adopted a resolution designating October as NAIFA-Pennsylvania Month in the state.
The resolution recognizes the Pennsylvania chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors for its members’ efforts to meet the financial needs of businesses, families and individuals; for maintaining high ethical standards; and for advocating a strong and vibrant state regulatory system of insurance.
“Today’s economic hardships underscore the importance
of planning ahead in meeting personal and family financial
needs, as well as business needs, often by purchasing a life insurance, annuity or investment product,” according to the text of the proclamation, House Resolution 988.
