ICIP also was founded by Liptz & Associates in Irvine, Calif.; McNeil, Levy & Friedman in Houston, Texas; Mercury Financial in Dallas/Houston, Texas; Capstone Insurance Management in Wilmington, Del.; and CIMA, The Valley, Anguilla and British West Indies.
