Corvesta formed Corvesta Services and Mercury Data Exchange, both operating in the Roanoke, Va., area, according to Virginia Business.
Corvesta Services will expand in the administration of dental benefits and health informatics, and MDE will deliver Electronic Data Exchange solutions for claims transactions.
The company is expecting the new companies to expand the company’s customer base, as well as increase its workforce, George A. Levicki, president and CEO of Corvesta, told the publication. Corvesta plans to add 36 positions to its 315-person workforce.
Delta Dental provides dental health benefits for more than 1.7 million people in Virginia.
