A bill prohibiting insurers from dropping or failing to renew a policy involving a home containing Chinese drywall is making its way to the Louisiana Senate.

Two senators have introduced the Nonadmitted and Reinsurance Reform Act of 2009, a companion bill to the House version introduced two months ago.
