Crawford & Company has reinvented the way Crawford’s service offerings are presented by introducing The Crawford System of Claims Solutions. This initiative has outlined the company offerings under three areas: Claims Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Consulting.
Crawford & Co. and its lenders have amended its existing credit agreement in a move company officials say gives it new flexibility and affirms its operational performance.
As a direct result of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) – also known as ObamaCare – health insurance agent and broker commissions have been slashed by as much as 50%. Agencies have been forced to lay off employees, limit products and services, shift to other lines, and have seen significant drops in compensation.
