A Maryland-based national health insurer is partnering with several big retail pharmacies to offer new Medicare prescription drug plan called First Health Value Plus.

Walgreens said it will continue to fill Medicaid prescriptions at its Washington state pharmacies through March 15 as it continues to negotiate with officials over a reimbursement dispute.

Three pharmacies and seven people from Essex County, N.J., were indicted by a state grand jury on charges they allegedly submitted more than $2.3 million dollars in false Medicaid claims, according to the New Jersey Attorney General’s office.
