The owner of a Syracuse, N.Y., taxi company surrendered to police amid allegations he used the name of a retired senior citizen to apply for workers’ compensation insurance.

As a direct result of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) – also known as ObamaCare – health insurance agent and broker commissions have been slashed by as much as 50%.
